1. 7-Day Easy Exchange Policy
At Sumzora Studio, client delight is our highest priority. If you receive a piece that does not fit your sizing expectations or would like to exchange it for an alternative design in our collection, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
2. Exchange Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The jewelry must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original Sumzora packaging with pouches and tags.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number, SMS receipt, or email confirmation) must be provided.
- Requests must be logged within 7 days from the delivery timestamp.
3. Tarnish-Free & Waterproof Guarantee
Every Sumzora Studio item is covered under our 316L Stainless Steel Guarantee. If your piece experiences abnormal color fading, rust, or tarnish, contact our team immediately on WhatsApp with photographic proof for an instant replacement.
4. How to Initiate an Exchange
Simply contact our WhatsApp Concierge at +92 300 1234567 with your Order Number and photo of the item. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on the nearest courier drop-off point.
