By accessing and shopping on Sumzora Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products & Pricing

All prices listed on the store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs.). While we strive for absolute accuracy in photography, subtle variances in gold tone due to monitor color calibration may occur. All jewelry specifications (316L Stainless Steel, PVD coating) are strictly maintained.

2. Order Acceptance & Inventory

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Sumzora Studio reserves the right to cancel or limit order quantities in the rare event of inventory stock discrepancies or invalid discount codes.

3. Cash on Delivery Terms

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are expected to inspect parcel seals before payment and hand over the exact payable amount to the delivery courier.
