1. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed on Sumzora Studio are processed with priority. Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (Monday through Saturday) are typically packed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours. Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays are dispatched on the next working business day.

2. Delivery Timeframes Across Pakistan

• Lahore: 1 to 2 business days.
• Karachi & Islamabad / Rawalpindi: 2 to 3 business days.
• Other Cities & Regional Towns: 2 to 4 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Complimentary Free Shipping

• A standard express courier shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to standard orders.
• Complimentary Free Express Shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders totaling Rs. 3,500 or more across Pakistan.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is supported nationwide. Please ensure the exact cash amount is available when the courier representative arrives at your delivery address to avoid delivery delays.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your courier tracking number. You can also track your live order progress anytime on our Track Order page.
